Trained and qualified in order to fully support disabled, elderly and vulnerable people our experienced team offer vital care and comfort to those travelling to and from outpatient clinics, day-care centres, to and from routine hospital admissions, care homes, specialist treatment centres and places of residence.
With a dedicated fleet of ambulances and a suite of flexible 24-7 transport options, our non-emergency patient transport service focuses on the individual’s needs. A personal service, much more than just door-to-door, is available to patients, accommodating wheelchair access and stretcher requirements.
All our vehicles are operated by fully trained, experienced and caring staff and further supported by qualified nursing and medical personnel. Our crews are extensively trained to ensure consistency and reliability in all situations.
Our team undergo mandatory training to provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deal with many conditions, situations and restrictions in a persons mobility to make sure that the patients they are transporting are safe, comfortable and cared for during the journey. All our team’s training includes Basic Life Support and Emergency Care.
